In your Instagram or Facebook settings, go to Apps and websites and remove the app: "LibBot Social" in your Facebook settings, "LibBot Social - IG" in your Instagram settings. Once the permission is removed, LibBot can no longer access your account. When you remove the app's permission on Instagram, your connection data is automatically deleted from LibBot.
If you want all data belonging to your institution, including posts, sources and metrics history, to be deleted, send an e-mail with the subject "Data deletion request" from your institutional e-mail address to pr@libedge.com. After your request is verified, your data will be deleted within 30 days at the latest and you will be informed.
No data is retained other than records that must be kept under legal obligations. Posts published on Instagram belong to Instagram; you can delete them on Instagram.
